Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for the following types of travel assistance and you should apply to the external organisations as detailed below.
Local Authority Post 16 Travel Scheme
If you are aged between 16 & 18 your local authority may be able to assist with the cost of travel from home to college.

Trips & visits
There are educational trips on many of our courses and you may have to pay a fee to attend.
Funding for these may be available through the discretionary Learner Support Fund if the trip is a compulsory part of the course and you meet the eligibility criteria of the fund. All funding is subject to change and every care is taken to ensure information is correct at the time of printing.
