Overview
This course will suit you if you already have some basic skills and experience as a chef, probably from a role where you work under supervision or where you have already undertaken a level 1 course. If you want to gain a formal qualification and increase your skills so that you can take on a more senior role, this course will given you the skills, knowledge and an industry-standard qualification.
